This Privacy Policy is part of the conditions for use of Collector App and thus part of the agreement between you as a Collector App user and ZEEKIT AS.
ZEEKIT AS treats your personal information in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven). The purpose of processing personal information when using Collector is primarily to meet the obligations ZEEKIT AS has undertaken in its supply agreement regulating the use of Collector.
To ensure effective Collector functionality, Collector needs various accesses to your mobile phone. These accesses apply to:
ZEEKIT AS stores information that you enter in the Collector when you register as a user of Collector. ZEEKIT AS stores the following data:
Your name and email address (will not be stored on your mobile phone), to manage your customer relationships and access to the system.
Which mobile device you use and the device's operating system, for security purposes.
Your mobile identifier generated when you create a Collector-profile (not stored on your cell phone), as a precautionary measure to be able to identify your phone.
Registrations and recordings made by the device, to use Collector as intended.
Information that can be linked to you as an individual will not be shared with others unless it is essential for Collector’s intended use, it is authorized by law or that you specifically agreed thereto.
ZEEKIT AS may share your personal information with sub-suppliers who process personal information on our behalf (Data Processors). Transfer of personal data to such Data Processors occurs pursuant to the data processing agreements including preventing Data Processors uses the information for other purposes. Transfer of personal data to ZEEKIT AS 'Data Processors are not deemed to be disclosure.
Data Controller (behandlingsansvarlig) in accordance with the Personal Data Act § 2, is the organization that determines the purpose of processing personal information, and the tools to be used. This means that the Data Controller will be the organization that signs the supply agreement with Zeekit AS, as well as defining the purpose of processing through this agreement. Zeekit AS is defined as a Data Processor, which will be regulated by the supply agreement between Zeekit AS and the Data Controller.
You can get access to the information ZEEKIT AS has registered about you by sending a written and signed request to your Data Controller. ZEEKIT AS also encourage you to contact your Data Controller to correct information about you that would prove to be inaccurate. Personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose and the lawfulness of the processing. After this information is deleted or made anonymous unless information is to be or may be stored beyond that because of the law. This also applies if you delete your Collector profile. Information about your transactions will be stored by ZEEKIT AS as long as this is required by the law. For the avoidance of doubt, it is only the Data Controller that can make the formal requests to ZEEKIT AS regarding access, correction or deletion of data. All requests must therefore be directed to you Data Controller.
Personal data handled by ZEEKIT AS, will be collected, stored and processed in a safe and secure manner. Zeekit AS has established and documented procedures and measures to ensure data integrity, availability and confidentiality in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act, § 13.
ZEEKIT AS can change the privacy policy to follow legal requirements and their practice for the collection and processing of data. If significant amendments are made, you must approve the terms and conditions again.
